Important Operating Guidelines
– Ensure adequate fluid supply: Dry-running is not permitted and can cause damage to the pump.
– Install pressure relief valve: As a positive displacement pump, a pressure relief valve is mandatory to prevent over-pressurization and potential system failure.

– Pumping Temperature: up to +135 °C (+275 °F) for optimal performance in high-temperature environments

Recommended Filtration Levels
To ensure optimal pump performance and longevity, we recommend the following filtration levels:

– Turning, Drilling, Milling: 80 μm filtration to protect against larger particles and contaminants
– Grinding and Machining of Aluminum (CBN, etc.): 50 μm filtration to ensure precise machining and prevent damage from smaller particles
